What's the Difference between my False Alarm Code and Keypad Code

Your False Alarm Code is the code you will provide to us in the event there is a triggered alarm, billing inquiries, personal information, etc. The keypad code is either a 4 - 6 digit numerical code that will be entered locally at your keypad to arm/disarm your security system.
