Updating and/or Deleting Account Number

To Update an Account Number

1) Enter Installer Code on the panel while disarmed (Default 4112) + 800

2) You Will now see 20 INSTALLER CODE if that was the correct installer code.

  • if you don't see installer code 20 than you either have the wrong installer code or are locked out of programming, if so follow this guide:

3) With "Installer Code 20" appearing on the screen, you will press *43 to get to the Account Number field. If you wish to change the current entry, simply enter the account number you wish to put in (Please reference - Report Format for Primary/Secondary in our Knowledge Base for information and requirements on 4 or 10 digit Contact ID Reporting.)

If using GeoArm for Monitoring, "Contact ID 4 Digit Reporting" is what will be used. After your final entry into the field, you should get 3 beeps confirming that your change has taken place.

4) Enter *99 to Exit programming.

To Delete an Account Number

1) Enter Installer Code on the panel while disarmed (Default 4112) + 800

2) You Will now see 20 INSTALLER CODE if that was the correct installer code.

3) Press *43

 4) Press * and you should hear Three Beeps confirming the Account Number has been deleted.

5) Press *99 to exit programming.
