Help Center1) Unplug Wall transformer (wall plug connected to panel)
- If you do not see a wall transformer look in another room as the wiring may be going through the wall.
- if you still cannot find it, turn off the breaker that it is connected to as a last resort if possible.
2) unplug the back up battery connection to the panel that is installed within the back panel of the communicator
- you do not need to remove the full battery, just remove the plug connected to the panel
The panel should now be off, if it is not powered off than either the battery or wall plug is connected.
Note: When powering back up; GeoArm recommends plugging in the battery first before plugging in the wall transformer.
There is also a Reboot option within the panel:
1) Hit the 2GIG Logo
2) Hit System Info
3) Press reboot
4) Enter Master Code
5) Hit REBOOT
