All our monitored customers have the opportunity to use the Rcontrol app as long as they have the proper equipment.
For Customers Currently Monitored and Signed Up For Interactive
Upon activating your equipment with Geoarm, you will have a paper slip that came with the physical M2M that you purchased that has information for logging into your Rcontrol App.
- If you have not received an email, please call us at 561-209-2550 and you can always ask to get that email re-sent
- GeoArm can always change your username and password upon request
For Customers Currently Monitored or Wanting to be Monitored
For currently monitored customers that have not signed up for monitoring but would like to have app control, you can simply re-sign up for monitoring and request the app interaction. Make sure to call in and ask to activate your app interactive with us as well 561-209-2550
