How Do I Access Alarm.com App

All our monitored customers have the opportunity to use the Alarm.com app as long as they have the proper equipment.

For Customers Currently Monitored and Signed Up For Interactive

Upon activating your equipment with Geoarm, you will receive an email from Geoarm to set up your app's password and you can then easily access your login either by downloading the app from your respective app store or you can log in online here.

  • If you have not received an email, please call us at 561-209-2550 and you can always ask to get that email re-sent
  • The email may have gone to your spam or trash folder, please check that folder if you haven't already

For Customers Currently Monitored or Wanting to be Monitored

For currently monitored customers that have not signed up for monitoring but would like to have app control, you can simply re-sign up for monitoring and request the app interaction. Make sure to call in and ask to activate your app interactive with us as well 561-209-2550 

Your New Sign Up Will Automatically Replace Your Old Sign Up
